Biography

 

Sadredin Taheri is an Iranian-American Musician, Composer and Producer.

Born in 1970, Tehran, he started learning music at the age of seven and at eighteen he entered the realms of professional music.

Some of his accomplishments in the world of music are:

  • Professionally active on TV (1991-1994)
  • Collaborated, Performed and Produced post-revolution startup bands
  • Hundreds of Studio Session Recordings
  • Translated the book: “Lead Guitar” by “Troy Stetina” into Persian (1995)
  • Composed theater music including the music for: “Homeless”(1997)
  • Collaborated with the band R&Q in Hamburg (1998)
  • Conceived, Performed, Produced the personal album “Hidden Beloved” with lyrics by Rumi (2000)
  • Arranged the album: “Ruined Heart, Ruined State” (2007)
  • Composed the score for the short movie: “Interlude” (2010) – London
  • Conceived, Performed, Produced the personal album: “The Depth” (2013)
  • Endorsed by Yamaha as “Special Artist in Asia” since (2014)
  • Arranged the album “Compass”; the winner of the “Barbad Award” for best album of the year (2016)
